Privacy & cookies

We collect only what we need to sell you a part and support you afterwards.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Forum Auto Parts Limited (company number 17071738), 8 Miles Close, Shrivenham, Swindon, SN6 8GE, contactable at forum.auto.parts.uk@gmail.com or 07308 614 008.

What we collect and why

Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or eBay, including vehicle registration or VIN for fitment checks — to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest / contract. Deleted when no longer needed.
Order details for eBay orders are held by eBay under eBay’s privacy policy; we see the name, address and items needed to fulfil and support your order and keep them for 6 years for tax and accounting records. Legal basis: contract.
Website usage — privacy-friendly, cookie-less visit statistics (Vercel Analytics) that do not identify you. If Google Analytics is enabled on this site it runs with IP anonymisation.

Who we share it with

eBay (orders and messages), our couriers (delivery name and address only), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Supabase (catalogue database and photo storage) and Google (web fonts, and Google Analytics if enabled). We do not sell personal data.
