Terms & conditions
These terms apply to purchases arranged through forumautoparts.co.uk, including collection purchases. Orders placed on eBay are subject to eBay’s terms and the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
1. Who we are
“Forum Auto Parts”, “we” and “us” means Forum Auto Parts Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17071738, trading as FORUM AUTO PARTS. Registered office: 8 Miles Close, Shrivenham, Swindon, England, SN6 8GE. We are an independent Mercedes-Benz parts business with collection points in Shrivenham (SN6) and Wokingham (RG40). Contact: forum.auto.parts.uk@gmail.com · 07308 614 008.
2. Products
We sell new and used parts for Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Each product page states whether a part is genuine Mercedes-Benz (OEM) or OEM-spec / aftermarket, its condition, and the vehicles the listing says it fits. Photographs show the actual item unless the page says otherwise. Minor variations in finish between batches of aftermarket parts can occur. Stock, prices and descriptions on this website are taken from our eBay listings and refreshed regularly; the eBay listing is the definitive offer.
3. Fitment
Fitment information is given in good faith based on the part number, the vehicle it was removed from, or the manufacturer’s data. Vehicle specifications vary by model year, body length, trim and options. You are responsible for checking the part is correct for your vehicle; we are happy to confirm fitment from your registration or VIN before you buy, and if a part we have confirmed does not fit, section 7 applies.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown on the eBay listing before you pay. Website purchases are completed through eBay or, for collection, in person. We do not store card details.
5. Order acceptance
A contract is formed when we dispatch the part or confirm your collection appointment. We may decline an order if a part has sold in person or on eBay in the meantime; you will be refunded in full.
6. Delivery and collection
See our Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection. Please check goods on receipt and report transit damage within 48 hours.
7. Cancellation, returns and faults
Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel distance orders, and statutory rights regarding faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details, including our approach to fitment errors, are in our Returns & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Used parts
Used parts are described and photographed as accurately as possible, including any marks. They are sold as inspected; your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Fitting
We recommend professional fitting, particularly for lighting, electrical and safety-related parts. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect fitting.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers’ rights to bring proceedings in their home nation of the UK.
